SENDING RULES

Filling out the INFORMATION SHEET is mandatory and required by the Philippine Bureau of Customs. Please submit Information Sheet(s) at least 1 week prior to pick-up date at https://www.ribex.nl/information-sheet-bureau-of-customs.
Fill out clearly visible complete name & address on the boxes.
Boxes must be properly packed, completely sealed in RIBEX SECURITY TAPE and must not deviate from the box dimensions of 70 x 45 x 60 cms.
During collection, please if possible have your boxes on the ground floor and have exact payment ready to avoid delay.
Kindly make your RESERVATION early before our containers get congested.
